When merchants use our App, we collect and process the following data:

• Customer Information: Name, email address, phone number, and service ticket details that customers provide when submitting service requests.
• Service Ticket Data: Photos of items, service descriptions, status updates, notes, and transaction details related to service jobs.
• Shop Data: Store domain, staff information, and app configuration settings chosen by the merchant.

22. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

• To send transactional email notifications to customers about their service ticket status
• To enable merchants to track and manage service jobs
• To generate customer status pages for ticket tracking
• To process payments via Shopify's native checkout system
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues

33. Email Notifications

Our App sends transactional emails to customers who submit service tickets. These emails include:

• Order confirmation when a ticket is created
• Status updates as the service progresses
• Payment receipt confirmations
• Completion notifications when service is finished

Customers receive these emails because they initiated the service request. We do not send marketing or promotional emails. Customers may opt out by contacting the merchant directly to be removed from the notification system.

44. Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform)
• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
• Database connections are encrypted and authenticated
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We implement bounce and complaint handling to maintain email reputation

55. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as the merchant maintains an active account. Upon app uninstallation, we retain data for up to 30 days to allow for reinstallation, after which it is permanently deleted. Merchants can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Under GDPR and similar privacy laws, you have the following rights:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to request deletion of your data

77. Shopify Data Processing

Our App is built on the Shopify platform. We comply with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and API Terms of Use. We subscribe to mandatory webhooks to handle data deletion requests from merchants as required by Shopify.
