11. Description of Service

Service Ops is a Shopify app designed for service-based businesses (tailors, repair shops, dry cleaners, jewelers, and similar businesses) to manage service tickets, track customer jobs, collect deposits and payments, and communicate with customers via transactional emails.

22. Eligibility

To use this App, you must have an active Shopify store and be at least 18 years old. The App is intended for business use only.

33. Account and Installation

When you install the App:

• You grant us permission to access your Shopify store data necessary for the App to function
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when configuring the App

44. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or abusive content through the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use the App to send emails to purchased or harvested email lists
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

55. Email Communications

The App sends transactional emails to your customers. You acknowledge that:

• Emails are sent only to customers who have submitted service tickets
• You are responsible for ensuring customers have appropriate consent to receive communications
• You must honor opt-out requests promptly
• You are responsible for the content of emails sent through the App

66. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

77. Payment and Billing

The App uses Shopify's native billing system for all charges. Payment processing for deposits and service fees is handled through Shopify's checkout system. We do not process payments directly or store payment information.

88. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, your access to the App will be suspended. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

99. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VZ Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the past 12 months.

1010. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Email deliverability depends on various factors outside our control, including recipient email providers.

1111. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1212. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
